Big Dance Week 7-15 July 7-week countdown begins 18 May
Big Dance will be the ultimate dance experience in 2012.
As part of a UK-wide festival, we’re bringing you 9 days of dance in unusual spaces across South East London, showcasing the diversity of dance styles in the capital.
We’re working with local dancers, organisations, schools and councils across the boroughs of Bromley, Bexley, Lewisham and Greenwich to bring you a huge range of Big Dance activity this summer.
From community workshops to major outdoor performances, look out for Big Dance in town centres, parks and galleries near you.
Big Dance 2012 will take place across the UK from 7-15 July and includes a 7-week countdown period of events starting on 18 May as part of London 2012 Festival - the finale of the Cultural Olympiad.
Everyone is invited to join in and make dance part of their lives in 2012 and beyond.
